"When the body feels grounded,
the breath softens,
and the mind begins to quiet."

This is the intention behind Hatha Yoga, the root of many modern yoga styles. We move at a mindful pace, active and grounded, yet never rushed. Each pose is held with intention, creating space to breathe, feel, and allow the mind to slowly become quiet.

Mats and props are available at the studio. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Please wear comfortable clothes and arrive a few minutes before class.

Classes are guided in English, with German support if needed.

About

I am Klaudia, a certified yoga teacher with a deep love for Hatha Yoga and mindful movement.

I teach yoga because I believe it offers us a much-needed pause in the busyness of everyday life. My intention is to create a calm and welcoming space close to home, where you can take time for yourself, reconnect through breath and movement, and leave feeling a little more grounded, peaceful, and recharged.
